• Telephone attention service. Users have at their disposal an exclusive telephone line manned by professionals who give information or refer the   caller according to the type of consultation.

• The   virtual Green Line   service offers the possibility to make confidential and anonymous consultations on-line, to set up interviews, either in person or on-line, with the service’s professionals and to participate in open debates.
